Over Seeding of Grass Areas
D.L.C. Landscaping will be over seeding the grass areas on Monday, September 23rd,
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE GRASS AREAS!
Time is needed in order for the new grass to germinate.

Wine with Friends
Friday, October 4th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the McDowell Center. Come and enjoy time with family, friends and your neighbors while sampling some great wines and viewing incredible art work. All art work will be provided by MMR residents that are taking art classes at the Community Center. Their work will also be available for purchase (cash or checks only). Admission into the event is a bottle of your favorite wine to share, experience, taste and enjoy amongst friends. R.S.V.P. is required for this event. Halloween Craft Day
(for ALL ages)
Thursday, October 17th from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the McDowell Center

Community – wide Garage Sale
Saturday, October 26th from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Please put “Garage Sale” in the subject line. Don’t for get to pick up your free balloons form the
Community Center between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
