McDowell Mountain Ranch, Scottsdale

Eagle Ridge consists of 227 homes located in the community of McDowell Mountain Ranch in north Scottsdale. Eagle Ridge was developed by UDC homes and they began building in 1992.

Eagle Ridge has seven different models consisting of 3 single level homes and 5 multi level homes ranging from 1,999 to 3,460 square feet. Floor plans featured are from 4 to 5 bedrooms. Two to three car garages are a standard feature on these models.

Eagle Ridge

Eagle Ridge is located in the McDowell Mountain Ranch Community. It is north of Paradise Lane and east of Thompson Peak. It also offers a wonderful access to the adjacent Trail System and marvelous mountain views.
