McDowell Mountain Ranch

Montecito consists of 83 homes located in the community of McDowell Mountain Ranch in north Scottsdale. Montecito was developed by Greystone and they began building in 1999. Montecito has four different floor plan variations consisting of two single levels and two multi level homes ranging from 2,217 to 3,642 square feet. Floor plans featured are from 4 to 5 bedrooms. Montecito is located in the McDowell Mountain Ranch Community. It is in the northwest corner of The Ranch close to the McDowell Mountain Marketplace. For Follow the McDowell Mountain Ranch Road and you will discover the Community Center. It offers accessibility to the marvelous mountain views, and the adjacent trail system.
