Arizona Vintage consists of 92 single family homes located in the community of McDowell Mountain Ranch in north Scottsdale. Arizona Vintage was developed by Kaufman and Broad and they began building in 1997.
Arizona Vintage has five different floor plans consisting of three single level homes and two multi-level homes ranging from 1,350 to 2,316 square feet. Floor plans featured are from 3 to 5 bedrooms. Two to three car garage is a standard feature on these models.
The five different floor plans of Arizona Vintage were named after wine varietals. They are Merlot, Bordeaux, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, and Chablis. You can click on each name to get a pdf of each floor plan and more information.
Arizona Vintage is located between two communities of McDowell Mountain Ranch: Discovery Trail and Panorama Point (developments by Woodside). Thompson Peak Parkway and McDowell Mountain Ranch Road embrace the south and west side of Arizona Vintage.
Follow the McDowell Mountain Ranch Road east and you will discover the Community Center. It has amenities including children’s playgrounds and splash pads, beautiful pool and spa, tennis and basketball courts.
The Trail Mail Blast is sent to the residents of McDowell Mountain Ranch. The Trail Mail Blast offers the latest news and event details: board meetings, school information, fun family events, and fitness classes in the Community Center. Reservations can also be for the Tennis Courts on their community website. Some of the popular events include Pizza in the Park, Fall/Spring Fest, Farmer’s Market, and Community Garage Sales.
Desert Canyon Elementary School and Desert Canyon Middle School, rated top schools, are located in the community.
