We are celebrating our 20th year in real estate, with over 1,200 happy home owners who invested over $250,000,000 in real estate. Although some of those sales were team members over the years, over 95% were my sales. Over the past 3 years we have had a 97% success rate with our listings. The 2 that did not sell, the seller and I did not have a meeting of the minds, once this was apparent I released them from their contracts. Our Average Days on Market was 40 days, up from 26 days in 2013. Our list to sales price ratio is 98%.
My Business Philosophy
The clients is always FIRST! When I first started helping home Buyers and home Sellers buy and sell their homes, I listened to my client’s needs and work diligently to satisfy those needs. As a successful business person, I have learned to prioritize, systemize, and spend my time and efforts where it makes the most sense and delegate the rest. For my clients, this means that I am efficient and will use the most effective marketing tools. We use cutting edge market leading technology like video blog, video email, video tours, syndication, social media ads, mailers, e-blasts and market aggressively to provide the fullest exposure for your home. Every year, I read the research the national association of Realtors does in their annual report and focus our marketing based on that research.
With our years of experience in the Real Estate industry, we have been able to put together a team to help our clients successfully prep and sell their homes. I have a small team, Hope Beneteau is a sales partner. She is there to follow on every lead and focus on buyers. My wife, Lisa Cameron, helps with the back office, marketing and works with some buyers.
Most of our administrative work is taken care of by Nora Marquez. Our daughter, Jessica Cameron, works on Internet marketing. This helps me focus on my client’s needs, the fun part of my business. I am also the creative one when it comes to marketing. I was one of the first in the area to do video blogging and the first to use a drone for aerial video.
We also have an extended team. We work closely with a few Title Companies, Mortgage Lenders, Home Warranty Company, Home Improvement Contractor, Home Inspectors, Professional Stagers, Professional Photographer, and a Home Cleaner. As part of my comprehensive listing service, these conveniences are all available to you! With my production level, I am very important to these partners and that importance conveys to you, my client.
