MMR Staffing Change
Perhaps you might or might not know, there are several staffing changes happened at the Ranch just recently. Melissa Leedom which is the former MMR General Manager, had her new position now in the commercial property development. We want to thank her for all the time she spent with us and we also wish her good luck to her new endeavor.
Mike Woolington is the new General Manager here at the Ranch taking over Melissa’s position. He is an experienced AAM employee and he managed over twelve communities for the past 6 years. His recently portfolio includes three communities located in the east valley. Having in mind, Mike’s background community development and building construction for over 20 years, we are very lucky to have him to our team.
Mike is Married to wife Lena for 20 years. They has two children namely Sam (17) and Emma (15). I hope you will join us to welcome him to our community.
Over the past 8 years, at one time or another, most of you have had the opportunity to interact with Clinton. We are so happy to announced that she has been promoted to General Manager of her own Community in the West Valley. We are so proud of her accomplishments and congratulate her on her success.
Taking Caroline’s place as Community Standards administrator is another AAM employee who comes to us with 3 year experience from the Community of Anthem. Please help us welcome Taylor Gorman. Taylor is graduate of AS.U with a degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys cooking, hiking, and family time.

Team Yvonne
Please join The Cure For Yvonne on Thursday, May 9th at the Twisted Lizard from 7:30 p.m. To 9 p.m. for live music and a silent auction to help save the life of one of MMR’s residents. Yvonne suffers from a disease that attacks her internal organs and requires a life saving stem cell transplant. All proceeds from this event will go towards her surgery and to help her family stay in Chicago where the surgery will take place. We hope to see you all there.
Community Relations Meeting

Snow cones are being provided by Kyle Jacobs, Re/Max Excalibur. MMR is providing free pop corn and water. Brett’s Hot Dog Cart will also be here if you wish to purchase a hot dog. We look forward to seeing you all here.
