Jeff did an amazing job listing and selling my house in McDowell Mountain Ranch. After a buyer in a private sale backed out, I engaged Jeff who was a very hand-on, full-service realtor. Jeff provided excellent advice on small capital improvements to make to increase the sale value and even facilitated getting quotes and keeping on top of the contractors. We had a $1.2M offer within days of Jeff listing the property, which was $200k over the previous private buyer’s offer. Jeff was involved in all aspects of the sale and closing and substantially increased the sales price of the house. Jeff Cameron, regarding all of his services, was outstanding and absolutely amazing. We are in the Marines and while stationed in Japan, using his services to purchase a home even while over seas and with a huge time zone difference, none of that mattered and he did everything above and beyond what we expected of him to help us. Jeff was very helpful to me with selling my house. As a Canadian I needed an agent that could assist me in dealing with US tax issues. Jeff connected me with people such as the experts at Clear Title that would help guide me through the tax issues. The house sold in 3 days, obviously priced appropriately for the market, as per Jeff’s recommendation. Jeff assisted with many aspects of the sale, going above and beyond. Jeff is so professional and a great person who has so much AZ housing knowledge. He puts you at ease, no high pressure sells tactic. A year long process from the idea to move to the Phoenix area to closing on our new home, Jeff was with us every step of the way. Offering advice and expertise in a move crossing five states and startling our Midwestern mindsets, he kept our needs and wants foremost in finding the perfect home for us. Jeff and his crew were available and responsive any time we had a question, leading us through an exceptionally fast closing once we found our home.

What can I say about the challenges a family of five faces when moving from Des Moines, IA to Scottsdale, AZ? After we fired our first realtor, who when asked questions about the area told us to look at websites and who said, “There’s really no reason to find a different realtor. We all basically do the same thing and work the same way…” I stumbled upon Zillow’s agent user reviews. Among Jeff’s may positive reviews was at least one that related to an experience where he assisted another family that moved from out of state. I contacted him and the rest was history.

He is smart. He is tactful. He is punctual. He is available when you need him. He follows up. He is a gentleman and a scholar. He is able to speak about each neighborhood’s amenities, schools, shopping, distance from places that are important to you, advantages and disadvantages as you are driving around. He compares and contrasts and evaluates with you. I felt like he was truly invested in MY investment. He brought possibilities to the table we hadn’t considered and helped us explore all angles on how to meet our needs within our budget constraints. He has been in “the business” for some time now and was able to tell us how and why pricing and home values were the way they were.

We found our home within a 3-4 day visit. Negotiating and paperwork was made easy by him. He spoke plainly and in detail when answering our questions.

I can’t say enough about him. If there was an opportunity to be one of those people who stand on the corner wearing a sandwich board, dancing around and holding a cardboard arrow pointing at his office- I would consider it for a moment. There is no doubt in my mind that my first realtor was absolutely mistaken. All realtors DO NOT work the same way, are of the same quality and have the same knowledge.

First, allow me to explain how I chose to work with Jeff Cameron. Everyone in the Valley knows a real estate agent.. Your friends, colleagues and family are sure to have personal recommendations. Mine certainly did, and I trust they were all good-hearted.

That said, I wanted an agent who was more than someone who once sold a house to my aunt.. I wanted someone with real skill. Thus, I targeted top agencies, refined the list, and asked them to interview with me at my home – complete with a set of questions aimed at determining their true effectiveness. Jeff was prepared, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and highly analytic. Hired. Now for the real test…Three properties later, Jeff has surpassed my expectations each time. Jeff and team did a great job of getting a handyman for small repairs and a painting crew to refresh all the rooms in our AZ condo. Jeff then ran the comps and gave me a range of prices for similar condos in the same location. We decided to sell slightly below the other homes and as a result the home was sold in 3 days. Jeff and team than made sure everything stayed on track up to the closing date. All this was done while I continued working at my job in PA. Great job guys, you earned my trust and respect!
