I am still receiving your e-mails and frankly I find them very informative.  I received one today that hit very close to home. I would have chosen you to represent me in my home sale, however my husband overruled me. Now he is very unhappy and frankly so am I.  I am not sure what we should do.  We put in the granite top, we also put in a new microwave over the stove.  Purchased a new rug for the master bed room.  House is freshly  painted inside and out. And, we lowered the price (lower that what the agent suggested) and to be honest I have no idea what to do next.
