Shaken and Stirred is a celebration of cocktail culture with the latest addition to the culinary empire of Chef Brian Malarkey which is the Searsucker Scottsdale. This celebration aims to bring back the guest to a time when cocktails were important and skillfully made.

So don’t miss the Shaken and Stirred at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival 2013. Shake up your Tuesday night with flavor cocktail made by celebrity chef. Berry 75 – Skyy + lemon + prosecco

Barrel Aged Sazarac – Wild Turkey Rye + peychauds + American oak + time

Violeta – Espolon blanco + violette + pressed lime + kona

Boulevardier – Wild Turkey 81 + carpano antica + campari

Searsucker Dinner Menu:

I – Beef Heart Tartar + foie snow + sauce vert + saba + gnocco fritto

II– Scallop + faro + crushed pea + pickled onion + carrot

III– Shortbread + rhubarb + strawberries
