They are putting in legal language to the Short Sale approval letter that gives them the right to recourse.
Tricky dicky aren’t they. This is why it is so important to work with a Realtor that knows how to get this language removed from the approval letter. We got approval on a Short Sale 3 weeks ago. But due to the language in the letter we are not proceeding to close escrow, but we are working on removing the language for our seller.
