Samoa is a single level home, 1,854 square feet with two bedrooms, a den, and two bathrooms.

From the main entrance, enter this house towards a combined living room and dining room. The living room offers a direct access to the covered patio. Some models chose to extend the covered patio up to the master bedroom.

The dining room overlooks the kitchen. The kitchen has a separate island and a walk in pantry.

Close to the living room is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has an optional fireplace as an additional feature. The master bathroom has two separate sinks, a separate tub and shower, and a large walk in closet.

The second and third bedroom/den is on the other side of the house close to the main entrance.

The second bathroom is located outside the second bedroom.

This model has a garage that can accommodate three cars.
