Prowl And Play At The Phoenix Zoo
Prowl and Play at the Phoenix Zoo is definitely one of the most awaited event especially for kids. The event lets every guest to experience the whole light and dark of the Phoenix Zoo.
This summer night event features a series of cool, exciting, and unique activities that will surely be enjoyed by the entire family. The fun- filled event will give the guest a perfect chance to see, hear, and explore the Zoo during night time.
Prowl and Play at the Phoenix Zoo event will happen on July 13 and August 10, 2013. This Saturday night event will start at 6:00 PM up to 9:30 in the evening.
Guest can enjoy music, fun, and magic during the event and all of these activities will be help inside the Zoo. But, Animal viewing is limited during the event.
Prowl and Play will surely entertains all of its guest with these wide array of delightful activities:
- Get wet & wild with your friends at Yakulla Caverns splash pads.
- Cool off as you jump, play, and prowl in the Phoenix Zoo’s refreashing Leapin’ Lagoon offered by Fisher Price.
- Enjoy games and music with Radio Disney.
- Critter Chats: Get closer to the smaller animals inside the Zoo and take chance to chat with their handlers.
- Enjoy the performance of fantastic magicians who will entertain every guest with their funny magic featuring Matt Lemm.
- You can also enjoy face painting activities from candyfacepainting.com
- Giraffe Encounter: Get closer to the giraffes in the Zoo from 6:30 to 7:30
- Guest can also have the chance to enjoy an extra ordinary experience of the Camel rides.
- Stingray Bay is open all night long. Guest can feed and touch the stingrays of the Zoo.
- Safari Train: Train travel until dask while getting closer with the lion, cheetah, tiger, wild dog, rhino, zebra, and otter.
- Carousel rides are also available all throughout the night.
- Test your skills with their Sidewalk chalk art
- ASU LROC Science Mission Team: Want to learn more about NASA’s exploration of the Moon? Come talk to a Lunar Scientist!
- SEDS-ASU: What do baby food, horses and velcro have to do with space? Find out from students while designing an astronaut space suit and building a constellation finder!
- Tropics Trek – stroll around the lake and talk with a Night Camp Instructor to learn more about Komodo dragons, Asian elephants, orangutans and squirrel monkeys at Monkey Village.
For single night pass, tickets cost $6 for members and $8 for non-members.
Prowl and Play Pass is $10 per guest and is good for both remaining evening of Prowl and Play.
Tickets can be purchased HERE or at the gate the night before the event.
