It has come to the McDowell Mountain Ranch HOA that some of the homeowners are feeding the wildlife.  The HOA reiterates that this is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

While the mountain is their home it is extremely potentially dangerous to invite the whildlife to your property.

Typically wildlife does not venture near the homes.

Creating a welcoming environment by providing a food source is a danger to you, your pets, and your neighbors.

Also, please rememeber to store pet food in a secure area where it is not accessible.

Please keep your pets on a leash in all common areas.  It’s the law.

Pet waste must be bagged and placed into a trash container.  Leaving bags of waste along the trails is NOT appropriate or sanitary.
