Listed below are some of the activities that are set to happen this month of October. All of the different activities aim to provide enjoyment to all guest and people here in the Valley. So don’t miss all these activities
This event will happen on the 2nd Friday of October. Art walk, entertainment, amazing prizes and live music performances are among the main highlights of the event. It will be held on the Main Street, between Center and Country club in downtown Mesa.
This event will happen on October 19 -20, 2013. Authentic and delicious foods; music; local vendors; arts and crafts; and kid’s activities are the highlights of the event. Live entertainment performers like traditional vocalists, belly dancers, folkloric dancers, and contemporary rap artists are also available during the event.
The event showcases various dance artists as well as other emerging artists and professionals from all styles and genres of dance. Arizona Dance Festival will takes place on October 11-12, 2013 at Tempe Center for the Arts.
Although the regular baseball season is already finish, there are still 6 weeks of baseball for the whole month of October and November as over 30 Major League Baseball Teams choose six prospects that will play for the Arizona Fall League at various stadiums all over the Valley.
This is a two-week event filled with fun activities for the whole family. Foods, competitions, exhibits, concerts, and rides are just some of the features of Arizona State Fair. The event started last October 11 and will last up to November 3, 2013 (except for Mondays and Tuesdays).
This event features cooking competitions which highlights the different taco specialties coming from the popular restaurants here in the Valley. It will be held on October 19-20, 2013 at Salt River Fields.
This event will take place every Thursday for the whole month of October at SouthBridge, Downtown Scottsdale. The event showcases different talents coming from jewelers, crafters, and artists selling their own products in a festive and family-friendly environment.
The event features an exhibit of hundreds of different product and services such as fitness, careers, beauty, fashion, home, health, education, and financial planning. The event will kick off this coming October 19-20, 2013 at Phoenix Convention Center.
