Let the bodies hit the floor! Mountain biking down Sunrise Trail in the McDowell Mountains!
This is my first video mountain biking. I was using my flip camera, so the quality is not great. It is a nice tour of McDowell Mountain Ranch and some of the trails that you can ride from your home.
I go up the jeep trail, taking the Taliesin Trail to the overlook.Some great shots of the views from the trail.
Going down the Quartz Trail, or at least the fun part. I set this to some music!
Have you ridden the Gateway Loop in the McDowell Mountains. Here is a quick video going down the north side from the top.
This is the next section heading west towards the Gateway Trailhead. I set this to some Metallica – Sandman!

This video is headed west on Lost Dog Trail to the Taliesin Overlook.
This is the Paradise Trail which is in McDowell Mountains. If you go up the Quartz trail from you will find the turn off for the Paradise Trail. This trail goes through washes behind neighborhoods like Trovas and 100 Hills.
