On Mother’s Day, Blue Sage offers a special brunch treats that includes chef’s selection of best cheeses; grilled zucchini; assorted domestic artisanal meats; fresh seasonal fruit and berries; Variety of salads like arugula and caramelized peach, McClendon Farm mixed greens, and roasted fingerling potato. For seafood lovers, you will surely enjoy their best tasting seafood menu like oysters and poached shrimp, sushi bar, chilled seafood and caviar station with crab. Blue corn pancakes and challah French toast, Sea of Cortez corvine, Belgian waffles, petite egg white frittata and southwest eggs Benedict are also available.
