Purpose: Presentation of Management proposals for the Management of McDowell Mountain Ranch Community Association. This meeting is open to residents. After each presentation there will be a question and answer session.

Bulk Trash: October 4th Pool Maintenance: The Paradise Pool will be closed starting October 4th until October 22nd(weather permitting) for cool deck replacement. The 105th Pool will be closed from October 25th until November 19th ( weather permitting) for cool deck replacement. NEW CLASSES: Zumba Fitness: The Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness party. Feel the music and let loose.
