We closed escrow on Kyle and Amy’s new home in July of 2011. The home is located at 15647 N 21ST AVE Phoenix, AZ 85023. The home was for sale off and on over the past few months. The seller sold the home several times, running into financing problems each time. We had appraisal issues which turned into a lower sales price by $10,000 and saving Kyle and Amy $75 per month. It all worked for the good in the long run.
