One of the larger floor plans in Eagle Ridge is plan 3355. This is very similar to floor plan 3354 with an additional bedroom, bathroom and bonus room.

This adds approximately 630 sf to make this home 2,933 sf. A traditional floor plan, one enters at the formal living room with formal dining adjacent. Around the corner is the family room and kitchen.
