Castle Chase consists of 172 single family homes located in the community of McDowell Mountain Ranch in north Scottsdale. Castle Chase was developed by the Centex Corporation and they began building in 1968.

Castle Chase has five different floor plan models consisting of eleven floor plan variations ranging from 1,338 to 1,941 square feet. Floor plans featured are from 2 to 3 bedrooms. Two car garages are a standard feature on these models.

Castle Chase is located in the McDowell Mountain Ranch Community. In its north is the Community Center.  Cimarron Hills is to its south.  Trovas and One Hundred Hills lie to it’s east.

Follow the McDowell Mountain Ranch Road and in just a couple minutes you will discover the Community Center. It offers accessibility to the marvelous mountain views, and the adjacent trail system.
