The City of Phoenix has recently put into effect the Neighborhood Stabilization Program or NSP–

The NSP will loan a borrower $15,000.00 towards closing costs or down payment on any Foreclosed home in the City of Phoenix.

Eligibility Criteria-

• when writing contract, addendum must be used
• FHA loan creditworthy
• must not exceed 120% of HUD MEDIAN INCOME
• must attend 8 hour Homeownership Education and Credit Assement Counseling
• primary residence only
• cannot be used toward property rehabilitation
• ONLY CAN BE USED IN THE CITY OF PHOENIX
