It’s October!!! The month we’ve all been waiting for. Here in the Valley, this month is quite special since there are lots of event celebrated during this month. Octoberfest at Salt River 2013 is just one of the most awaited celebrations that will happen this October.

Octoberfest at Salt River 2013 is also one of the largest celebrations of beers together with lots of fun an exciting activities featuring live music, delicious foods, interactive games, kid’s zone, and so much more than can surely be enjoyed by the entire family.

Visitors can also enjoy other new elements such as various entertainments from Octoberfest Arena, and you can also win large cash prizes from the different Octoberfest Cornhole tournaments.

Take sample on over 12 different kinds of sausages, 50 different drinks and beverages, soft pretzels, and any other unique food menus that you can only imagine.

Beers

Take samples on the various kinds of beers of the World Bars. This is your chance to taste exceptional beer here in the Valley.

• Malt House – For those who love crafted beers such as Third Shift and Batch 19, you can have it all throughout the day together with taps of Blue Moon Graffiti.
• College Bars – Bond with your old friend and classmates during your college days with beers such as Mickeys, Keystone, and many more.
• Imported Grapes and Hops – If you want to indulge with foreign flavors, then you can also have some of them during Octoberfest at Salt River Fields event. Some of them includes Pilsner Urquell, Peroni, and Worthingtons Red Shield.
• 49^th Parallel – Crispin Cider, new Leinenkugel Orange Shandy, and Molson Canadian are some of the products that you would love to taste.

Cooking Demonstration

Witness the local chef’s as they showcase their cooking skills at Bath Cooking Demo stage and Westar/Sub Zero wolf kitchen. The schedule for the cooking demo is listed below:

• 11:00 – 12:00 – Chef Matt Grunwald – The Southwestern Young Gun
• 12:00 – 1:00 – Chef Dana Rohr – Taste Buds Catering
• 1:00 – 2:00 – Chef Admir Alibasic – Ben & Jack’s Steakhouse

The event will takes place on October 12, 2013 (Saturday) from 10:00 am up to 10:00 pm. It will be held at Salt River Fields Scottsdale. General Admission for this Octoberfest at Salt River Fields costs $10. If you want to have a free mug, you can just add $5 to the general admission making it $15 per person.
