Andorra is a single level home, 3,670 square feet with a circular foyer, 3 bedrooms, study room, game room, and 2 ½ bathrooms.

From a covered main entrance, one will find a circular foyer and a combined living room and dining room. The living room has a standard fireplace feature. Both the living room and dining room offers direct access to the covered patio.

The family room is adjacent to the kitchen. It has an optional fireplace feature.

The kitchen has a separate island, walk in pantry, and a separate breakfast nook. Both the kitchen and family room offers direct access to another covered patio.

From the family room, one will find a hallway leading to the game room/child study room, second bedroom, and third bedroom. Each room has a closet inside.

The second and third bedroom shares the second full bathroom.

The powder room is located opposite to the game room/child study room.
