The Helmsley is a single level home, 1,474 to 1,915 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Enter this model from a covered porch towards the combined living room and dining room. Some models chose a media center and a fireplace as an additional feature in the living room. The dining room has a direct access to the covered patio.

The kitchen overlooks the dining room. It has a separate breakfast nook and a direct access to the laundry room.

Next to the living room is a hallway leading to the master bedroom and other bedroom. This model has a spacious master bedroom. The Master Bathroom has two separate sinks, a shower, and a walk in closet.

Down the hallway is the other bedroom and bathroom. The second bathroom has two separate sinks, a combined bath tub and shower.

The difference in square footage of this model was due to the optional addition of a third bedroom and/or a family room. The garage can accommodate two cars.
