Let’s face it a foreclosure factory is needed. Those of us behind are getting a better ride than in the past. In the past, once in FC you must pay all arreage to reinstate the loan.
Stopping the foreclosure process can prolong this crisis and take us longer to recover. I feel bad for all of us behind on or mortgage or in foreclosure. However, in most cases people are 8, 10, 12 or more months behind before foreclosure happens. Time to start over.

6025 Homes closed escrow a decrease of 4.7% However, the ave over last 10 years is a drop of 7.5%
5620 homes went under contract an increase of 5.1% from last month
6694 homes were listed for sale increase of 6.8% from last month
Inventory sits at 31459, which is up 4.5% from last month
Average price per sf is 76.47 drop of 3.2% from last month
