With the residential real estate market beginning to recover, this is not the time for an investor to liquidate homes. Of course, that depends on the situation. Why is the Arizona Legislature even considering selling state properties?
The commercial market is in FREE FALL right now. It is the next problem we have to deal with. Given this fact, why would the legislature pick now as a time to sell state owned properties? Is that just a government thing; buy high and sell low? Because if this goes through, that is exactly what would happen.
It may be a wise decision to sell the assets and rent back. But now is not the time!
