McDowell Mountain Ranch, Scottsdale
Trovas consists of 134 homes located in the community of McDowell Mountain Ranch in north Scottsdale. Trovas was developed by Coventry homes and they began building in 1928.
Trovas has eight different models consisting of 7 single level homes and 1 multi level home. Floor plans featured are from 3 to 4 bedrooms. Three car garages are a standard feature on these models.
The eight different floor plans of Trovas are The Sorrento, The Verona, The Alessi, The Caprino, The Dante, The Francesca, The Lido, and The Medici. You can click on each name to get a pdf of each floor plan and more information.
Trovas is located in the McDowell Mountain Ranch Community. It is in the easternmost section of The Ranch. It is set at the base of the McDowell Mountains and borders the McDowell Sonoran Preserve.
The clubhouse and exercise center are available in the Community Center. It has amenities including a heated community pool and spa, 18- hole public golf course, and a natural open space with Ramadas.
A Trail Mail Blast is sent to all the residents of McDowell Mountain Ranch to giving the latest and greatest news, such as board meetings, school information, family events, and fitness classes in the Community Center.
Desert Canyon Elementary School and Desert Canyon Middle School, rated top schools, is located in the community.
