McDowell Mountain Ranch, Scottsdale
The Ridge consists of 102 condominiums located in the community of McDowell Mountain Ranch in north Scottsdale. The Ridge was developed by Cachet Homes began building in 1990.
The Ridge has three different floor plans consisting of four single level homes and two multi level homes ranging from 1,338 to 1,810 square feet. Floor plans featured are from 2 to 3 bedrooms. One to two car garages are a standard feature on these models.

The Ridge is located in the McDowell Mountain Ranch Community. It is north of Cachet, west of Thompson Peak Parkway, south of Bell Road.
The clubhouse and exercise center are available in the Community Center. Views of McDowell Mountains, the Pinnacle Peak and the city lights can surely be enjoyed. It has amenities including a heated community pool and spa, 18- hole public golf course, and a natural open space with Ramadas.
McDowell Mountain Ranch Community stays in communication with its residents by sending them a monthly Trail Mail Blast giving the latest and greatest news, such as, board meetings, school information, events, laws, and fitness classes. Reservations can also be made for the Tennis Courts on their community website.
Desert Canyon Elementary School and Desert Canyon Middle School, rated top schools, are located in the community.
