New York Rangers Jersey Signed by goalie Henrik Lundqvist – Gift from Ben & Lyne as I tour Their New Home in Scottsdale Grayhawk bought through Short Sale

Ben coaches Lindqvist, goalie for the NY Rangers. What a surprise when he gave me this signed jersey after closing on their new 2nd home in Scottsdale Grayhawk. They went under contract on this Short Sale at the beginning of the year. It was a long stressful process. We closed escrow on the day of the Trustee Sale/Foreclosure Date. Bank of America had stated no more extensions, but sure enough after closing we learned they had delayed the foreclosure. STRESSFUL but we did it! Another successful foreclosure.
I met Benoit Allaire and his lovely wife Lyne Chalut about 12 years ago. Then Ben was coaching the goalies for the Coyotes. I helped them with several purchases and home sales here in the valley until the NY Rangers took them from AZ. But great home values brought them back to the valley to buy a 2nd home.
