Many home owners enjoy converting the formal living room to a 5th bedroom or office. The way the floor plan lays out, you can add french doors to the living room entrance. It is so hard to find a 5 bedroom, 3 bath single level home without moving into the custom price ranges. This home has that option. We once sold a home to a buyer that wanted the living after it had been converted as I described. She would not look at the home with her realtor as she wanted a formal living room.
