The Merlot is a single story home, 1350 square feet with 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
From the entry into this home you will find the dining and living room. Some models chose the option for a fireplace and media shelves in the living room. The dining room is conveniently located next to the kitchen.
The kitchen is located near the front of the house and has a breakfast nook with views of the front yard.
The three bedrooms are located on the opposite corner of the house. The master bedroom has a large closet with plenty of space for your belongings. The master bath has a separate tub and shower, and double sinks.
The second and third bedroom are close to the master bedroom. Each has its own closet. The second bath is located in the hallway between with two bedrooms. Some models chose to have a open den instead of the standard bedroom.
There was also an optional covered patio with access to the living room via sliding glass door. The 2-car garage is a standard feature.
