From a covered entrance, one will find a foyer and a combined living room and dining room. The living room had a standard fireplace as an additional feature. The dining room offers direct access to the covered patio.

The family room is adjacent to the kitchen. It has an optional fireplace and built- in cabinet features.

The kitchen has a separate island, walk in pantry, and a separate breakfast nook. Both the kitchen and the family room also provide direct access to the covered patio.

From the family room, one will find a hallway leading to the third full bathroom, laundry room, fourth bedroom, and bonus room/den. Each room has a closet.
