• Metro Phoenix 16,447 Up 3% from last year, down 4% from last month.
• Scottsdale 1,955 up 9% from last year, down 8% from last month
• McDowell Mtn ranch 58 up 29% from last year, up 9% from last month
• Tatum and Bell 16 up 45% from last year, down 24% from last month

• Pending Listings
• Metro Phoenix 9,192 up 10% from last year, down 3% from last month
• Scottsdale 604 up 5% from last year and up 0% from last month
• McDowell Mtn ranch 16 down 41% from last year, down 27% from last month
• Tatum and Bell 20 up 54% from last year, up 5% from last month

• Metro Phoenix 6,494 down 3% from last year, down 14% from last month
• Scottsdale 376 down 22% from last year, down 27% from last month
• McDowell Mtn ranch 15 down 35% both from last year, down 12% from last month
• Tatum and Bell 13 up 63% from last year, up 8% from last month

• Metro Phoenix $136 up 5% from last year, down 1% from last month
• Scottsdale $220 up 4% from last year, up 1% from last month
• McDowell Mtn ranch $225 down 6% from last year, down 7% from last month
• Tatum and Bell $164 up 8% from last year, down 3% from last month

• New listings 5,614 down 6% from last year, down 8% from last month
• Sold Last Month 6,227 up 3% form last year, up 1% from last month

◦ 2.5 month supply comparing Active to Closed
◦ 2.6 month supply compared to Sold (new sales for the month)
Interesting how homes closed dropped, but homes going under contract increased. I bet this is all about the Brexit and lower rates. Also, notice a huge drop in sales for Scottsdale. Why??? Only time will tell.
