From a covered entrance, enter this house directly towards a foyer and a separate living room and dining room. The living room has a fireplace and media niche feature. Next to the dining room is the laundry room.

The kitchen is close to the living room. It has a separate island, walk in pantry, and a separate breakfast nook. Both the kitchen and the living room provide direct access to the covered patio.
